D.J. N’LyTe (Bio)

DJ N’LyTe” derived from the word ‘enlighten’ and the phrase ‘in light’.

A Lyrical mastermind with a style of his own, a bit up tempo, and yet, a bit mellow at the same time, mixing the Truth, the Word and his Testimony, with some deadly metaphorical and philosophical analogies. (more…)

Cali Casino (Bio)

Cali Casino (pic)

Cali Casino has a formidable musical pedigree.
He has produced the likes of the legendary Blackstreet, on their track Make You Wet, and Rass Kass\’s first single Miami Life, which went on to sell over 800,000 copies.
His high-flying connections don’t end there – he appeared as an actor in Outkast’s film Idlewild. He has also cast videos for the likes of 50 Cent, Rubben Studdard and Missy Elliott. Cali Casino is a true hip-hop heavyweight.
Cali Casino wrote and produced the whole of his new album, with guest contributions coming from Ill Noize, Ras Kass, Herculeez, Phizgoldman and L.A Zu. He is currently charting live365.com. This encouragement for his music, along with his standing in the hip-hop community, ensures world domination is merely a matter of time for Cali Casino.
Cali Casino was raised in the rough suburb that is Inglewood in Los Angeles, where he discovered his love of music at an early age. He says: \”I heard Ladi Dadi by Slick Rick on the radio one day in 1990 and ran to the record shop.\”
While attending Inglewood High (whose alumni include Mack 10 and Paul Pierce) he began working with DJ Quik, at the tender age of 13. He proved himself to be a fast learner and soon began doing production and remixes with the likes of Teddy Riley, Foster, and McElroy (En Vogue). Soon enough Cali was producing major artists on his own, and writing his own material.
His main influences include Russell Simmions, Jay Z, Big Daddy Kane, BDP, Biz Markie, Easy E, DJ Quik, Dr Dre, and Bryan Barber. Cali is now well on the way to joining these illustrious names in hip-hop legend.
Cali Casino has already fulfilled one of his ambitions in setting up his label, Barber-Q-Records. He refused to sign for a major label, so after saving money, was able to set up his own – something most artists don’t do and don\’t have the drive for. But Cali Casino is a different proposition to most artists. His new single should see his fame spread, leading up the release of what promises to be a mesmerising debut album.Cali Casino’s music is now on Rageneo’s Internet Radio Station Kings Level 3 Radio.

One Dose (Bio)

Recently I moved to Las Vegas. It didn’t take me long to find a friend to get weed from and someone to drink with.

But some where along the way, I found myself. And God became number 1 in my life.

So quite naturally my music changed as well. (more…)
