Tezzy a.k.a. Montez Dillard, was born and raised in Spartanburg SC, as a southern gentleman with a go hard attitude since birth. Just as any other city, Spartanburg was no different. With the usual negative street temptations and difficult adolescent choices, Tezzy chose to express him through Hip Hop.

He began writing constantly and dissecting the rhymes of top rappers while trying to find his own style. It was in middle school when he developed a brotherly bond with rapper and now business partner Naran Miller, and later with Marquis Whitmere.
